Dress Hire Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the hire of dresses at Dream Dress Delivered. It sets forth guidelines to ensure a smooth rental process for both the customers and the business.

Selection and Reservation:

Customers can browse our selection of dresses on our website. To reserve a dress, customers must provide their personal information, rental date, and make a full payment.


Dress Availability:

Dress availability is subject to prior bookings. We recommend customers reserve their desired dress well in advance to ensure availability on their desired rental date.

Rental Fees:

Rental fees are based on the dress type, rental duration, and any additional services requested. Customers can find detailed pricing on our website or by contacting our store directly.

Payment:

Customers must make a full payment for the rental fee and any additional charges before the rental period begins. We accept, Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal or other specified payment methods

Rental Duration:

The standard rental duration is 4 days. Extended rental periods may be arranged for an additional fee.

Dress Return:

Customers are responsible for returning the dress on or before the agreed-upon return date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges. E.g if the dress was borrowed for the weekend for 4 days (Friday to Monday) then the dress must be returned before 12pm on Monday to avoid late fee charges.

How to return: 

Returning Dresses are so seamless and easy. A return shipping label and a shipping package will already be provided with the dress. Once you have worn the beautiful dresses you just put it back in the new shipping package, stick the return shipping label and take it to the post office before 12pm on the return day! No extra cost (unless it's late), we take care of the shipping and dry cleaning.

Dress Condition:

Dresses must be returned in the same condition as they were received, clean, and free from any damages. Any stains, tears, or damages will be assessed, and repair or cleaning charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy: 

Customers can cancel a reservation with a full refund up to 3 weeks before the rental date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund but only a store credit

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within a week after receiving the cancellation request and meeting the refund criteria.

Privacy and Data Protection:

We respect the privacy of our customers and ensure that their personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. For privacy and protection of our dresses we may as for a picture of your license.
